Entertainment is not a large franchise disc jockey service. You always have
direct contact with the disc jockey that will perform at your event.

Clients have the option of using a special area of the web site where they
may complete a variety of event planning forms, submit music requests and update
client and event information securely.

To continually improve customer service, a performance appraisal is sent to
all clients following the event. The appraisal allows the customer to bring to
notice, any aspect of the performance and/or service which they felt was less
than satisfactory. This allows rectification of any issue which may require attention.
